What is a game time card?

Game time cards are similar to pre-paid phone cards and may be redeemed as yet another payment option for your EVE Online subscription. Instructions for redeeming a game time card may be found by clicking here. When your subscription period expires, you will need to purchase another game time card and repeat these steps.

How do I register an account with EVE?

For boxed versions: Go to the Account Management section of the EVE Online website and follow these steps:

1. Enter the CD key code included with the game.
2. Enter the basic account information.
3. Enter billing information and select subscription type.
4. An e-mail will be sent to the specified address with further details.

For downloaded versions:

1. After downloading and installing the game, you will be prompted to create an account. Follow the instructions and select your preferred subscription method.

I was thinking about buying a "Time Code," but I don't know how I receive it. Do I receive it by email, postage, etc?

Your code will be sent via email. Codes are sent out 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

How long will it take to receive my time code?

The average wait time is for new customers is less than 30 minutes. In order to reduce scamming, we manually verify orders from new customers by telephone before we email EVE time codes. Our telephone verification office is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week so we will call you shortly after you order. If you are not prepared to take our call right away, please wait until you are ready to place your order.

Older customers receive their codes much faster with fully trusted customers being approved instantly by our system.

Help! All my email got deleted. Can you resend my code?

We have a convenient automated system to send your codes to you. You can reach the resend my codes page by clicking the appropriate button on the menu above.

I want to buy multiple codes but I can't figure out how to purchase more than one at a time.

Our system is setup for single purchases only for new customers. If you need more than one code you will just need to make additional purchases. Once you are fully trusted by our system you will be offered a shopping cart option.
